Pepper Lunch Restaurants and Express outlets in Singapore are now MUIS Halal certified

Finally!

All Pepper Lunch restaurants and Express outlets are now halal-certified, announced HalalHub Consultants, a halal consultancy firm, on Feb. 8.

The firm had assisted Pepper Lunch in the application of its MUIS Halal certification since March 2020, performing “product evaluations, documents traceabilities, Halal compliance review and mock audits at outlets.”

They also assisted in recruiting the mandatory Muslim staff requirements and conducted in-house Halal Trainings.

They confirmed that 17 Pepper Lunch outlets in Singapore located in various shopping centres and food courts are Halal-certified.
