Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium, a hotel located at Outram Road, is offering a trio of very interesting roti prata as part of its buffet offerings from now till Sep. 30.
Pratas with a twist
This limited time only exclusive pays homage to one of Singapore’s beloved food, the Roti Prata. However, these are not your regular prata kosong or egg prata.
Available for buffet only, the curation includes 3 types of sweet and savoury Pratas. They are:
- Mango & Coconut Prata : The quirky combination of mango and coconut with prata creates a fruity fun gastronomical experience for the young and old. Comes with warm coconut sauce to dip the prata into.
- Chocolate & Banana Prata: Inspired by the hotel’s well loved Chocolate & Banana Logcake, this prata version combines the sweetness of chocolate sauce and banana wrapped with the savoury goodness of prata.
- Durian Prata (only available on Saturdays & Sundays): Bittersweet and creamy durian puree tucked in a crispy layer of prata; perfect for diehard fans of the thorny fruit.
