Burnt Co. Bakery
Since its launch in May this year, Burnt Co. Bakery has been churning out two versions of burnt cheesecakes: the Classic ($36 for six-inch, $48 for eight-inch) and the Lotus Speculoos ($39 for six-inch, $52 for eight-inch).
There’s no denying that their cakes are wonderful pieces of art. However, from the IG reviews we’ve seen, we noticed that their cakes are sturdier than most and do not come with the ‘grammable gooey centre we’ve come to expect of BBC.
If you like your cheesecakes on the more baked side, then this should be right up your alley.
