Brulee
A burnt cheesecake looks good in all its crackly glory, but over at Brulee, it takes things up a notch with special renditions of the trendy dessert.
The chempedak ($50 for six-inch) for instance, is filled with jackfruit bits while the chocolate version ($50 for six-inch) is made with a Valrhona chocolate fudge and looks gorgeously rustic.
