The Basque burnt cheesecake from Uli is one of their latest additions to their menu. Currently, they are only selling the original flavour ($36 for six-inch) and we are happy to say that it is light, airy, and has that quintessential oozing factor.

The home-based business has other delectable treats on the menu such as Nutella Tapak Kuda ($10), mini fruit tarts ($20 per box of 30 pieces) and our personal favourite, the Popiah Basah ($6 per box of two pieces).
